I have a Branded National Internet Business Plan with registered dot com scenarios that needs a working website so the business plan can be market tested in Omaha Market.

I have a deal with Omaha Storm Chasers to give $4000.00 each month Box Seats NO CHARGE to consumers who sign up at website on consumer side  that will drive traffic to website - THIS ELEMENT OF MY BUSINESS PLAN AVOIDS THE COST OF INVESTORS, AND IN EFFECT, THE OMAHA STORM CHASERS BECOME MY WEBSITE PROMOTER AT NO CHARGE.

 The pre-launch part of my business plan is a deal with Radio Advertising for 13 week, $12,000.00 Radio Spot Schedule to set up the Omaha Storms Chasers Promotion for local small business directory ad program - if Omaha Market Test successful the business plan will work in any city based on ad sales revenues from Omaha Market Test.

So, although there is no profit income from the Omaha Market - my business plan is debt free, and set up for minimum $50,000 income in each expansion metro market and any smaller market expanded into.  My business plan concept avoids any need for SEO budget or ongoing SEO expense.

Yes, I require an NDA / Non Compete.

I don't need investors, I just need an associate that can get the needed web site published with my Brands / dot coms.

Your CL Post refers to "if you have a product or service that can make money online" ???  No Way of knowing THAT without a market test - the ad revenue will tell you if the business plan is good or trash.
